On January 19, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.

11 of the videos show a series of drone attacks that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.

An additional video shows more drone attacks from several directions by the Russian military’s elite Center for Advanced Unmanned Technologies “Rubicon” that targeted multiple radars, including Soviet-made 36D6s and P-18s, along with a Soviet-made Buk-M1 air defense system. Most of the attacks were carried out using so-called BM-35 fixed-wing suicide drones.

Two more videos show recent attacks with Geran-type fixed wing suicide drones that targeted a truck carrying ammunition in the settlement of Holmy in the Chernihiv direction, and a railway bridge across the Seym River near the settlement of Lysogubovka in the direction of Sumy.

Another video shows a strike with an Iskander-M tactical ballistic missile on an American-made MIM-104 Patriot long-range air defense system that was deployed by Kiev forces near the settlement of Shevchenko in the Dnipropetrovsk direction. An AN/MPQ-65 fire control radar, an M90x launch station, and a generator were destroyed.

One other video from the border region in the directions of Sumy and Kharkiv shows an attack with TOS thermobaric rocket launchers on Ukrainian fortifications.

In its daily briefing, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “long-range UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) launching sites, energy and transport infrastructure used in the interests of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine), as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed groups and foreign mercenaries in 152 areas” over the last 24 hours.

The ministry also said that Russian air defenses intercepted two Neptune cruise missiles, 12 guided aerial bombs, and 122 fixed-wing drones during the same period.

According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 670 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 109,900 drones, 646 air defense systems, 27,207 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,643 multiple rocket launchers, 32,681 artillery pieces, and 52,258 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
