- On March 10, two suspected Boko Haram bombers blew themselves up near St. Pious Catholic Church in Shuwa. No casualties reported;
- An explosion of IED allegedly planted by Boko Haram killed 5 civilians and injured dozen others near Maiduguri city in Borno state;
- On March 9, Boko Haram attacked positions of multinational forces near Gueskerou, about 30 kilometers from Diffa. The attack was repelled. 27 terrorists and 6 vehicles equipped with guns were eliminated;
- On March 9, multinational forces attacked Boko Haram positions near Abadam in the area of Mallam Fatori. 23 terrorists and 10 pieces of their equipment were eliminated as well as 3 vehicles armed with guns, 20 AK 47 rifles, 5 AA guns, 12 AK 47 rifles, 1000 7.62 MM ammo, 500 12.7 MM ammo were captured.
