On October 11, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
14 of the videos show dozens of attacks with FPV suicide drones, grenade-dropping drones, and interceptor drones that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Notably, one of the drone attacks destroyed a bridge that was already booby-trapped by Kiev forces close to the city of Seversk in the Donetsk direction.
Another attack destroyed a Ukrainian “drone swarm” that was laying in ambush somewhere in the special military operations zone.
Two additional videos show airstrikes with UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs that targeted positions of Kiev forces in the city of Kupyansk and the settlement of Volchansk in the Kharkiv direction.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “transport and fuel and energy infrastructure used by the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine), weaponry and hardware depots as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 148 areas.”
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses shot down during the same period 95 fixed-wing drones launched by Kiev forces.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Kiev forces have lost 667 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 89,528 drones, 631 air defense systems, 25,460 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,598 multiple rocket launchers, 30,364 artillery pieces, and 43,694 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
