On January 22, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
12 of the videos show a series of drone attacks that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Another video shows an attack with Geran-type fixed-wing suicide drone on a drone center of Kiev forces near the settlement of Shatryshche in the Sumy direction.
One more video shows airstrikes with a massive UMPK-equipped guided glide bomb on high-rise buildings occupied by Ukrainian troops in the city of Konstantinovka in the direction of Donetsk.
An additional video shows a pinpoint strike with an unidentified weapon on a bridge across the Plotva River near the settlement of Zakharovka in the direction of Kharkiv.
In its daily briefing, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “energy infrastructure facilities used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ammunition depots, temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 142 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses intercepted nine guided aerial bombs, four HIMARS projectiles, and 224 fixed-wing drones during the same period.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 670 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 110,748 drones, 646 air defense systems, 27,267 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,650 multiple rocket launchers, 32,755 artillery pieces, and 52,531 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
