Reportedly, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar’s forces, the Libyan National Army (LNA), shelled Al-Khadra hospital in Tripoli with more than 20 Grad Missiles, and most of the damage was sustained in the neonatal intensive care unit and the maternity unit.

Meanwhile, the LNA said that in response to the attack by the Government of National Accord’s forces on the Alwitiya airbase on March 25th, so far 339 soldiers had been killed.

The LNA, furthermore, continued heavily shelling the Mitiga international airport, which serves as a sort of Turkish headquarters, for its troops and the fighters it has deployed from Syria.
Reportedly, 4 Turkish officers were killed in the shelling and their bodies were airlifted out of the country.

At the same time, undersecretary of the GNA Ministry of Communications Hisham Pushkoyat said that Haftar’s forces are targeting Mitiga airport, causing severe damage to its civilian facilities.
The GNA further responded by destroying two ammunition depots of LNA in Wadi Rabea, south Tripoli, according to the spokesperson for the Libyan Army Mohammed Ganunu.
