On October 6, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
15 of the videos show dozens of attacks with FPV suicide drones, grenade-dropping drones, and interceptor drones that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Another video shows artillery strikes with Krasnopol guided shells on Ukrainian fortifications near the city of Seversk in the Donetsk direction.
One more video shows an attack with a TOS thermobaric rocket launcher on Ukrainian fortifications near the settlement of Volchansk in the Kharkiv direction.
Three other videos show airstrikes with UMPK guided glide bombs and LMUR guided missiles that hit positions manned by Kiev forces near the settlements of Kurilovka, Grafskoye and Senkovo in Kharkiv, as well as close to the settlement of Varachino in the Sumy direction.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “the energy and transport infrastructure of Ukraine, petrol storages, which were used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as well as temporary deployment areas of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) and foreign mercenaries in 148 areas” in the last 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses intercepted three guided aerial bombs, 16 HIMARS projectiles, and 416 fixed-wing drones during the same period.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 667 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 88,945 drones, 631 air defense systems, 25,394 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,593 multiple rocket launchers, 30,241 artillery pieces, and 43,382 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
