On January 7, the Houthis (Ansar Allah) shot down the Chinese-made CH-4 unmanned combat aerial vehicle operated by the Saudi-led coalition over the Yemeni province of al-Jawf.

The Houthis’ air defense forces increased their activity against Saudi-led coalition aircraft in late 2019-early 2020. On December 30, They shot down two reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles belonging to the Saudi-led coalition in Yemen.
