The Iranian Ministry of Intelligence released on July 28 video footage documenting some of the operations it conducted against the Mossad spy agency during the 12-day war with Israel last month.
Israel started the war on June 13, stating that its goal was to cripple Iran’s nuclear program. The war ended when a ceasefire was suddenly announced on June 24, just two days after the United States joined the war by attacking three key nuclear sites in Iran.
Some 700 people suspected of working for Mossad were arrested by Iranian security forces during the war. At least few have already been convicted and executed.
The video released by the Iranian Intelligence Ministry shows the seizure of what appears to be Mossad weapon cache, including three Sig Sauer SIG MCX Rattler assault rifles modified for special operations. The rest of the footage include operations targeting not only Mossad operatives, but also against terrorist and separatist groups, as well as weapon traffickers.
Mossad played a key role in the opening strikes of the war. The spy agency reportedly set up a covert drone base near the capital, Tehran, and smuggled precision weapons systems into the Islamic Republic in preparation for the large-scale operation.
In the first hours of the attack, Mossad operatives deployed suicide drones to take out ballistic missile launchers and used guided missiles to hit air defenses in central Iran, degrading the country’s offensive capabilities and granting Israeli warplanes air supremacy.
More operations attributed to Mossad were reported in later days, including multiple assassinations. Iran was forced to take drastic security measures in response.
For most of the war, traffic was restricted in Iran. Access to the internet was also redistricted. To enhance security a partial mobilization of the Basij paramilitary force was also carried out.
The true scale of Mossad presence and operations in Iran remains unclear. Since the end of the war, a series of blasts and fires has been reported across the Islamic Republic, with reports revealing that Iranian officials suspect sabotage by Israel.
Last month, Mossad chief David Barnea said that Israel inflicted significant damage on Iran but indicated that Israel needs to continue its operations.

any verification of the damage israel inflicted on iran.? or iran on israel? it’s easy to infiltrate a large country like iran with various borders but difficult to inflict serious national damage. meanwhile it’s difficult to infiltrate a small country but easy to inflict serious damage to the infrastructure i would have thought.

easily readable as another propaganda effort by the iranian theocracy to conceal its serious and avoidable failings as a government, plus its casual abandonment of those with the misfortune of being its “allies”. so, three people were hanged – but were they guilty?
iran doesn’t have the time to decide which israeli or mercenary is “guilty.” this is war and if you are israeli mossad, military or otherwise you aren’t welcome in iran and are considered a legitimate target and if you live, a legitimate candidate for execution. after all, the israelis don’t care much about the palestinians before they shoot them close range or kill them under a tank or bulldozer.

likely were guilty but they only a 3 of tens of dozens or more infiltrators & agents. iran absolutely did fail in their protection of their officials, in the area of internal security. intelligence, surveillance & monitoring activities, detecting external threats & spyrings. but they held their own, retaliated & performed well under combat conditions, under pressure after losing air defenses, deceptive surprise attack & death of well experienced veteran top commanders.

normally i don’t really go for gore, but in this case i think they should have done a couple things with mossad agents. first, they should have photographed them so that they were easily recognized, especially the dead. if they were captured alive and then executed, they should have broadcast that execution and then sent hard copies to haaretz, kan, walla!, etc. the gorier the corpse, the better, the more horrendous the execution the better.
i hope they find every last one and send them straight to hell, right back to where they came from. people think iran was lax, but how many realize that israel has these terror groups all over the world committing terrorism everywhere. how many murders and terrorism attributed to others were israeli ops? people wonder why countries kiss their ass? because their leaders know mossad will assassinate them. they even kill their own, they have no qualms killing at all.
