Iraqi security forces (ISF) have stormed ISIS positions in the district of Mazari in the eastern part of Mosul.
ISF engaged ISIS terrorists in the area on December 19 and a fighting continued on December 20. Pro-government sources claim that at least 15 terrorists, including 4 suicide bombers, were eliminated by ISF there.
However, the district remains contested.
