On October 27, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
Ten of the videos show dozens of attacks with FPV suicide drones, grenade-dropping drones, and interceptor drones that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Notably, many of the drone attacks targeted ground drones which Kiev forces use to transport supplies close to the frontline.
Another video shows an attack with Geran-type fixed-wing suicide drones on a convoy of Ukrainian military trucks near the settlement of Chernoplatovo in the direction of Sumy.
An additional video shows an attack with Tornado-S guided heavy rockets that targeted Ukrainian positions in the settlement of Volchansk in the Kharkiv direction.
One more video from Kharkiv shows a strike with an Iskander-M tactical ballistic missile that targeted a large gathering of Kiev forces close to the settlement of Vodolazhskoye.
Another video shows recent airstrikes with UMPK-equipped FAB-500 guided glide bombs and Kh-38 guided missile that targeted positions of Ukrainian drone units in the settlement of Boguslavka and the settlement of Tikhoye in the direction of Dnipropetrovsk.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “transport and power infrastructure used to ensure delivery of weaponry and military hardware to the warfare zones in the Donbass by railroads, one military airfield, long-range UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) launch sites as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations in 150 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses shot down during the same period two guided aerial bombs, seven American-made HIMARS projectiles, and 350 fixed-wing drones.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Kiev forces have lost 668 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 92,925 drones, 633 air defense systems, 25,710 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,607 multiple rocket launchers, 30,822 artillery pieces, and 45,045 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
