On January 13, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
12 of the videos show a series of drone attacks that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Another video shows an attack with Geran-type fixed-wing suicide drones on a drone storage and launch site of Kiev forces near the settlement of Myronivka in the Donetsk direction.
One more video shows a strike with a tactical ballistic missile, most likely an Iskander-M, that targeted a large Ukrainian military gathering near the settlement of Troitske in the Dnipropetrovsk direction. The strike destroyed 14 armored vehicles, and damaged at least ten others. In addition, 60 Ukrainian troops were wounded or killed.
An additional video from the border area between the directions of Sumy and Kharkiv, shows an attack with TOS thermobaric rocket launchers on Ukrainian fortifications.
Two more videos shows recent airstrikes with UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs that hit positions of Kiev forces in the settlements of Grishino, Belitskoe, and Konstantinovka in Donetsk, as well as in the settlements of Barvinovka and Zalinskoe in Zaporozhye.
In its daily briefing, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “the storage areas of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations in 150 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses intercepted 11 guided aerial bombs, two American-made HIMARS projectiles, and 207 fixed-wing drones during the same period.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 670 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 108,665 drones, 645 air defense systems, 27,085 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,640 multiple rocket launchers, 32,538 artillery pieces, and 51,609 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
