On April 28, the Turkish Army and the Russian Military Police held a sixth limited joint patrol on the M4 highway in Syria’s southern Idlib. As in the previous times, the patrol took place in a limited area east of the government-controlled town of Saraqib. The patrol took just two days after a military incident between the Turkish Army and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham that erupted during Turkey’s failed attempt to deblock the M4 highway near Nayrab. MORE HERE
