This map provides a general look at the current military situation in Syria and higlights some of the recent developments in the war-torn country:
- Units of the Al-Bab Military Council of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Russian Military Police carry out joint patrols in the area west of Manbij;
- Hayat Tahir al-Sham has captured a large area in northwestern Hama additionally to its recent gains in western Aleppo;
- The SDF has captured the village of ash-Shafah in the Euphrates Valley from ISIS, according to pro-Kurdish sources;
- According to the SDF media wing, 42 ISIS members have been killed and 8 foreign terrorists have been captured in the recent clashes.
