- Two oil tankers were damaged in the Strait of Hormuz: the Palau-flagged Skylight and the Marshall Islands-flagged MKD Voyager. At least 150 tankers anchored in open waters, avoiding the strait;
- Germany and Britain officially announced they are joining the coalition for Israel’s “joint defense”.
