Russian strikes destroyed targets in the Kiev, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, Kirovograd, Kharkiv, Chuguyev, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Poltava, Odesa, Kherson and the DPR regions;
The Russian offensive continues in the Sumy, Kharhiv, Pokrovsk, Konstantinovka, Slavyansk, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk directions;
The Russian MOD announced taking control of Novoosinovo in the Kupyansk direction;
The Russian MOD announced taking control of Lugovskoye in the Zaporizhzhia direction;
Russian forces struck the AFU Air Force base in Ozerne, Zhytomyr region, where the “Ptakhy Madyara” battalion and French “specialists” servicing the Mirage fighters were undergoing training;
Russian forces struck a former airfield in Chernihiv, where Western fighters are based and from which UAV launches were conducted against northern regions of Russia, as well as a UAV operator base at a former surveyors’ camp;
Russian forces struck an area near a chalk quarry in Novhorod-Siverskyi, used by the AFU for covert storage of equipment before redeployment to the front line;
Russian forces struck the port terminal of “Transbunker-Yug,” involved in receiving petroleum products, an airbase, the AFU training grounds “Hulkin Yar,” and a maintenance point for the RK-360MTs “Neptune” coastal missile system in Hrybivka, Odesa region;
Russian forces struck a NASAMS air defense system positional area near Poltava airport in Suprunivka, Poltava region;
Ukrainian losses amounted to approximately 1,360 troops over the past 24 hours.
