Every time when somebody tells this it becomes interesting: How this conclusion has been made?
The United States and its European allies have a long-term experience (tens of years) of propaganda and falsifications. And even a powerful desire to describe Russia, Iran or China as powerfull and dangerous players in the ongoing information standoff does not allow to ingore the fact that the Western propaganda dominates in the media.
