On August 31, several videos documenting some of the Russian military recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online
12 of the videos show dozens of attacks with FPV suicide drones, grenade-dropping drones and interceptor drones that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, across several directions in the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Two more videos show airstrikes that targeted a deployment point of Kiev forces near the city of Volchansk and an air defense point close to the settlement of Volchansk in the Kharkiv direction.
The airstrikes were carried out using multiple UMPK-equipped FAB-500 guided glide bombs and a single Kh-38 guided missile.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that recent missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “port infrastructure used for the benefit of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) and the Norwegian-made NASAMS anti-aircraft missile system, as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed groups and foreign mercenaries in 156 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry added that Russian air defenses shot down three American-made HIMARS projectiles, two guided aerial bombs, and 112 fixed-wing drones during the same period.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 666 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 80,712 drones, 626 air defense systems, 24,897 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,588 multiple rocket launchers, 29,118 artillery pieces, and 40,751 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
