On July 26, several videos documenting recent Russian combat operations against Kiev forces were posted to social networks.
Six of the videos show attacks with FPV suicide drones that targeted Ukrainian troops, positions and equipment across the special military operation zone.
Three other videos show recent strikes with Lancet loitering munitions that hit a Czech-made SpGH DANA self-propelled howitzer in the Zaporizhzhia direction, a British-made L118 towed howitzer in the Kharkiv direction and a drone communication system in the Sumy direction.
Artillery and rocket strikes on Ukrainian positions near the settlement of Katerinovka, Krasnoarmeysk and Krasnoarmeysk in the Donetsk direction are seen in three additional videos.
The last two videos show airstrikes with UMPK-equipped guided glide bombs on positions of Kiev forces near the settlement of Mirnograd in Donetsk, close to the settlement of Chugunovka in the Kharkiv direction and in another unspecified part of the special military operation zone.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that recent missile and drone strikes hit “an assembly and storage areas of unmanned aerial vehicles, ammunition depots, missile and artillery weapon dumps as well as temporary deployment areas of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and foreign mercenaries” in 142 areas in the last 24 hours.
The ministry added that Russian air defenses shot down five HIMARS projectiles and 257 fixed-wing drones during the same period.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 664 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 72,659 drones, 624 air defense systems, 24,337 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,581 multiple rocket launchers, 27,852 artillery pieces, and 38,722 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.

history repeats itself. adolfhittler insisted on operation citadel in kursk and against the advice of military experts. zelenskyy did the same. and now just like during ww2, ukraine has squandered large amounts of weapons and soldiers, and just like ww2. after kursk, the ukainian army will never recover military initiative on the battle front.
