As Turkish-backed al-Qaeda groups are working on their new rebranding and clashing with locals in Idlib, the bloody Assad regime continues its corward efforts to restore the country.
According to Syria’s state-run news agency SANA, the Damascus government is finalizing the reconstruction works at phosphate factories near Khneifis and al-Sharqiya phosphate mines in the province of Homs. The facilities, located relatively close to Palmyra, are now 70% restored.
The factories were damaged by terrorists during the previous years of the conflict. However, now, they seem to be close to the restoration of their work.
