On October 23, the Ukrainian special services have committed a new terrorist attack in the Kherson region which has recently entered the Russian Federation.
An improvised explosive device was fixed on a pole. As a result of the explosion, a passerby was killed, three others were injured.
According to preliminary data, an attempt was made on the head of the local pre-trial detention center. He wasn’t hurt. The Ukrainian terrorists didn’t care how many innocent civilians might suffer.
