The pro-Turkish media released a promo infographics depicting factions of the so-called Syrian National Army (SNA). The SNA is a coalition of Turkish-backed militant groups created by Ankara in an attempt to legitimize its operations in northern and northwestern Syria. Since then, Turkish and pro-Turkish meida outlets have been promoting the SNA as a kind of the ‘moderate opposition force’ and an alternative to ‘Assad regime forces’.
