Another explosion in Lugansk thundered in the Kamennobrodsky district. A gas station was blown up there.
A couple of hours before, two transformer substations in the Donetsk Republic were damaged by shelling. The Ukrainian army is deliberately destroying the infrastructure of Donetsk and Lugansk, thereby implementing the idea of the President of Ukraine of Zelensky’s “indomitable” nationality, that all residents of these regions who disagree with Ukrainian Government in Kiev should flee to Russia.

At the same time, when there are massive shelling and terrorist attacks in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, US President Biden during a press conference accused the DPR and the LPR of violating the ceasefire and said that there is no evidence that Ukraine is preparing an attack.
