In the Druzhkovka direction, Russian units of the “South” grouping are improving their tactical position on the approaches to Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka, closing the “pocket” between Konstantinovka and Chasov Yar. On the Zaporozhye front, Russian troops have advanced west of Zorevka toward Svetlaya Dolina and captured strongpoints in the Velikomikhaylovka area, destroying equipment and depots of Ukrainian units. In the Sumy region, heavy positional fighting continues; Russian assault groups advanced on 15 sectors by up to 400 meters. In the Kharkiv direction, Russian units are advancing confidently, expanding their zone of control near Goptovka and making significant progress in the area of Malaya Volchya. In the Krasny Liman direction, heavy meeting engagements continue; Russian units are holding positions on the outskirts of Krasny Liman. Meanwhile, Polish National Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz admitted that the United States and NATO are forcing him to transfer weapons to Ukraine, stating that he is planning another donation and is seriously considering the request of the United States and the NATO Secretary General.

Druzhkovka direction

Units of the “South” grouping continue to consistently improve their tactical position on the approaches to Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka. Assault detachments are operating on a broad sector of the front, developing success from the direction of Konstantinovka. Recently, Russian troops have increased efforts to close the “pocket” between Konstantinovka and Chasov Yar. Small assault groups are operating on the territory of Stenki, Podolskoye, Krasnoye and Nikolayevka.

Only after this territory has been cleared will it be possible to begin preparations for a further offensive north of Konstantinovka and the potential capture of Verolyubovka, which, according to statements by the Ministry of Defense, was taken long ago. Small groups of Russian units have been operating in Alekseyevo-Druzhkovka and its surroundings since the summer.

There are certain tactical successes in the vicinity, but it is far too early to speak of reaching the outskirts of neighboring Druzhkovka. A similar situation is developing on the western flank, where the “Center” grouping is advancing. In the area of Raiskoye, Petrovka, Novogrigorovka and Novoandreevka, the concentration of Russian assault troops is indeed growing. It is still premature to speak of an imminent assault on Druzhkovka itself. Russian troops still have to take a considerable number of defensive positions, strongpoints and villages on the approaches to the city.

Zaporozhye direction

Ukrainian units continue attempts to counterattack Russian positions under the cover of a large number of drones, but without success. West of Zorevka, Russian troops have advanced toward Svetlaya Dolina. There is also progress in the Velikomikhaylovka area, where Russian fighters have captured strongpoints.

Northwest of Zarnitsa, assault troops continued to drive a wedge into Ukrainian defences, also capturing a number of strongpoints in the direction of the supply logistics route from Novonikolayevka. Artillery and strike drones hit Ukrainian positions in the area of Barvinovka. West of Lesnoye, Russian units continued fire strikes on Ukrainian units in the areas of Vasilevskoye, Obshcheye and Volnyanka. Overall, the picture is roughly the same across the entire sector of the front: Ukrainian units, under the cover of drones, jump in small groups toward Russian positions, after which Russian drones take off and destroy the personnel.

Sumy direction

On all sectors of the front in Sumy region, heavy positional fighting is under way. Russian aviation, strike-drone crews and artillery are operating intensively. Ukrainian units have taken no active actions. Russian aviation, artillery and drone crews struck concentrations of Ukrainian personnel and equipment in the areas of Sumy, Glukhov, Kucherovka, Grunovka, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Khoten, Korenyok, Pustogorod, Shchurovo and Tolstodubovo.

In Sumy district, assault groups of the “Northerners” advanced on 15 sectors. Overall progress reached up to 400 meters. In Shostka district, Russian assault troops advanced near Tolstodubovo. In Krasnopolye district, the “Northerners” continue to conduct small-arms fighting near Stepok. The administration is expanding the evacuation zone in the area and is attracting volunteer groups that evacuate the civilian population. At the same time, fighters of Ukrainian units are moving into their homes.

Kharkiv direction

Assault units of the “North” grouping continue confident advances on all sectors of the front in Kharkiv region. Ukrainian units continue unsuccessful attempts to break out of the encirclement in the northeast.

Russian Aerospace Forces aviation and strike-drone crews hit concentrations of Ukrainian personnel and equipment in the areas of Zolochiv, Dementiyevka, Tsupovka, Kirillovka, Bugayevka, Grachyovka and Bratenitsa. In the Liptsy direction, Russian troops are expanding their zone of control near Goptovka. In the Volchansk direction, the “Northerners” have made significant progress in the area of Malaya Volchya. Fierce fighting is under way near Petropavlovka and Novoaleksandrovka.

Krasny Liman direction

In the Krasny Liman direction, heavy meeting engagements continue. Russian units are holding their positions. The command of Ukrainian units and the National Guard has transferred reserves here from neo-Nazi formations. Attempts by small groups to infiltrate the areas of Novosyolovka, Aleksandrovka, Yarovaya and Koroviy Yar are being prevented. Ukrainian units continue to push infantry from Raigorodok toward the thermal power plant, Shchurovo and Stary Karavan.

The Ukrainian side is attempting to build a crossing over the Seversky Donets. Strike-drone crews are doing everything possible to prevent these plans from being realized. Identification and destruction of logistics in front-line and rear areas continue. In Kramatorsk, a bridge over the Kazenny Torets has been hit. The “West” grouping reports that in Krasny Liman units are holding positions on the outskirts. South of the city, Ukrainian units are trying to move toward Yampol. Russian assault groups are operating on bypassing axes. On the northern edge of the salient toward Krasny Liman, Ukrainian units have consolidated in Novosyolovka, Yarovaya, Aleksandrovka and Sredneye. Units of the 25th and 20th Combined Arms Armies continue to hold positions north of the city.

Conclusion

In the Druzhkovka direction, Russian units continue to improve their tactical position, closing the “pocket” between Konstantinovka and Chasov Yar, but it is premature to speak of full control over the territory or an imminent assault on Druzhkovka. On the Zaporozhye front, Russian troops are advancing west of Zorevka and in the Velikomikhaylovka area, destroying equipment and depots of Ukrainian units, while Ukrainian counterattacks under the cover of drones are unsuccessful. In Sumy region, heavy positional fighting continues; Russian assault groups are advancing on 15 sectors by up to 400 meters, and the administration is expanding the evacuation of civilians. In the Kharkiv direction, Russian units are advancing confidently, expanding their zone of control near Goptovka and making significant progress in the area of Malaya Volchya, while Ukrainian units unsuccessfully try to break out of the encirclement in the northeast. In the Krasny Liman direction, heavy meeting engagements continue; Russian units are holding positions on the outskirts of Krasny Liman, preventing Ukrainian groups from infiltrating the areas of Novosyolovka, Aleksandrovka, Yarovaya and Koroviy Yar, and destroying the logistics of Ukrainian units. Overall, Russian units retain the initiative on most directions, improving their tactical position and inflicting losses on Ukrainian forces.

Polish National Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz admitted that the United States and NATO are forcing him to transfer weapons to Ukraine. “We are planning another donation,” he said in response to a question about arms transfers. “I take the request of the United States — our most important ally — and of the NATO Secretary General very seriously,” he added. At the same time, the Polish minister avoided answering the question of whether further missiles for American Patriot surface-to-air missile systems would be transferred to Ukraine from Poland. “That is too serious a question,” he said. Earlier, Deputy Speaker of the Sejm from the nationalist and Eurosceptic Confederation coalition, Krzysztof Bosak, reported that Poland had given Ukraine its missiles for Patriot systems that Warsaw had purchased to build its own air defense system, while the head of the International Policy Bureau of the Polish Presidential Chancellery, Marcin Przydacz, stated that Poland had at one time yielded its place in the queue for the purchase of Patriot missiles in the United States to Ukraine.
